Warm Tips

  1. If your computer't type-C port is a full-featured Type C port, you can connect with the type-C port or HDMI port. If your computer has no full-featured Type C port, please use HDMI to Mini HDMI to connect.
  2. If you want connect your phone, please confirm your phone's type-C port is a full-featured Type C port but not just just for charging.
  3. When you use Type-C port connect but don't connect the power line, the brightness is 30%.
  4. When you use Mini HDMI to connect, you must connect the power line to power it.
  5. When you connect your smartphone /laptop with full function type-c port, the monitor can touch app, web, etc.
  6. When your laptop design with touch function, HDMI port, please use mini HDMI to HDMI cable to connect monitor and device for data transmission; use usb-a to usb-c cable connection for power supply, one side plug into middle type-c port on monitor, another side plug into your laptop.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In the following cases, the warranty will not cover the following damages:
