Partial refund In some cases, only partial refunds can be obtained:

We only replace defective or damaged items.

For products purchased from Arzopa, please contact us and complete the following steps within the warranty period after receiving the product:
Step 1: Before sending any products back to Arzopa, customers must contact or email our support team (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain a return authorization.
Step 2: If your approved return passes our inspection, you can send the product to the address provided by our support team
Step 3: Please send us a notification after you ship the goods, you need to provide the tracking number. Once we receive the item you sent and check that the item is in good condition, we will exchange or refund the item within 3 working days.
