If you purchased on a third-party platform authorized by Arzopa, please contact the third-party platform for refund processing.
Partial refund In some cases, only partial refunds can be obtained:
-If it is not due to our error that the non-original item is damaged or missing parts Refund After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of the refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit the credit to the account used for payment within 10 business days.

Return Process
For products purchased from Arzopa, please contact us and complete the following steps within the warranty period after receiving the product:
Step 1: Before sending any products back to Arzopa, customers must contact or email our support team (email: support@arzopa.com) to obtain a return authorization.
Step 2: If your approved return passes our inspection, you can send the product to the address provided by our support team
Step 3: Please send us a notification after you ship the goods, you need to provide the tracking number. Once we receive the item you sent and check that the item is in good condition, we will exchange or refund the item within 3 working days.
