Arzopa portable monitors do not have touch screen capabilities and therefore need to be controlled by a mouse, joypad, etc. attached to the connected device.

Please note that Arzopa portable monitors themselves do not support the direct connection of a mouse or joypad, but rather the mouse/joypad is connected to the device that the monitor is connected to.
