The quality of this frame is nice as far as pleasing to the eye. I love that it showcases the time/date/weather across the top.As far as the technology of it, it's lacking. It's slightly out of date and the app is very basic. Cannot share photos directly with family/friends who also have the frame but have to create an album to share together.I did buy my father and mother in law one so I would buy again/recommend.Had no problem uploading photos. Very easy to use.

I would highly recommend ordering this digital picture frame. I had an issue with mine, but the Arzopa Customer Service Team was great in responding to me quickly offering me a full refund, or a new one. I choose a new one. I enjoy the photos displayed. Great features touch screen, you can set a timer for the display to begin in the am as well as shutting down in the pm, or you can leave it on all the time. I love not having to dust all those frames just the one. The touch screen is very easy to use. Great display of photos. It is definitely a conversation piece when others see the photos displayed, brings back so many memories. You can add friends, and family to share by using the app on your phone so they can share precious moments with you. With the holidays coming up I highly recommend this picture frame as a great gift. Dealing with customer service was a pleasure working with they were very accommodating, and quick to respond. They told me I would receive it in 3~7 days I received a new one 3 days later. I will definitely recommend to friends, and family, as well as anyone looking for a digital photo frame for themselves or for others. Great product, great customer service.

My cats approve! It's easy to use and has wide viewing angles, options to turn off the screen automatically at night, slideshow options, and video support. The aspect ratio is of traditional rather than phone photos, so sometimes it uses a tasteful border.The quality of the device feels solid, but it's not as heavy as a typical android tablet. There is a sticker saying that it only supports 2.4 GHz, but mine seems to work fine on 5 GHz wifi regardless - you just scan a QR Code with the app to connect, and multiple members of the household can join. It does not have battery power, so you'll need to plug it in with the supplied cable.
